  It's been a while since I've visited a Weatherspooms. I couldn't believe it they no longer offer a roast lunch /dinner on a Sunday
  
  The Posset Cup how can I explain very busy not enough staff on to clear table's had to do myself a booth with very dim lighting. Compared to other Weatherspooms establishment this is of poor standards as in service cleanliness. I won't be returning here in a hurry but yes you pay for what you get... Also when the meal arrived it wasn't until we began to eat they had sent out the incorrect original order that was placed. We had ordered the empire state burger but instead we we're served the New York Deli Burger. So as there we're no floor staff to explain that our order was incorrect. I went to the bar explained we'd received the incorrect meal the member of staff, could he see the receipt but I explained we weren't given one. After that an individual offered a some what fake apology and asked what was the order I expressed the order was for 2 empire state burgers. On that instruction the oder was retaken. We sat down back at our table 18 with poor quality lighting my friend left to go somewhere a minute later, the young girl came over to our table with a non expression yet another apology. Without any hesitation she said that would be an additional charge of £2.75 each. I kindly explained it wasn't going to happen as they we're at fault. The young lady concerned just walked off with real bad attitude. Also we had to explore in finding our own mayonnaise and ketchup this seems to be a regular occurrence. For Weatherspooms supposed high standards of service this was very poor standards!!!!
